Prize Draw Terms

1. Who is running this

Maritsa olive oil is produced and bottled by K. Maritsa Estates Ltd of Kampia, Cyprus. K. Maritsa Estates Ltd is not the promoter of this draw and does not administer it.

2. Who can enter

• You must be 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom.
• Employees of Big K Products UK Ltd and K. Maritsa Estates Ltd cannot enter, nor can members of their immediate families, nor anyone else professionally connected with this draw.
• One entry per person. Duplicate entries from the same email address count once.

3. How to enter

Complete the sign-up form on this site, or the form reached by the QR code on our cards, giving your name and email address. That is the whole entry.

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Submitting the form joins you to the Maritsa mailing list. If you would rather not stay on the list, unsubscribe using the link in any email we send you — your entry is not affected and remains in the draw. Giving a phone number is optional and makes no difference to your chance of winning.

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or that we reasonably believe to be automated, bulk or fraudulent will not be counted.

4. Closing date

23:59 (UK time) on 30 September 2026. Entries received after that time do not go into the draw. We are not responsible for entries that fail to reach us for reasons outside our control.

5. The prize

• One winner receives one 500ml bottle of Maritsa Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil, delivered free to a UK mainland address.
• There is one prize. There is no cash alternative, and the prize cannot be transferred or sold.
• If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. How the winner is chosen

Within 14 days of the closing date, one winner is drawn at random from all valid entries, by a process that is genuinely random and independently verifiable. Our decision is final and we do not enter into correspondence about it.

7. How the winner is told

We email the winner at the address they entered with, within 14 days of the draw. The winner has 14 days to reply and confirm a delivery address. If we do not hear back in that time, or the email bounces, we may draw again and the original winner forfeits the prize.

We will never ask a winner for payment, bank details or a password in order to release a prize. If you receive a message claiming otherwise, it is not from us.

8. Publicity

The surname and county of the winner will be made available for one month after the closing date to anyone who writes to sales@bigk.co.uk and asks. If you would prefer your details were not published, tell us when you claim the prize and we will honour that — we will still have to provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request, but it will go no further.

We may ask the winner to take part in publicity for the launch. Nobody has to, and refusing does not affect the prize.

9. Your data

Big K Products UK Ltd is the data controller for entries. We use your details to run the draw, to contact you if you win, and — separately, on the basis of the consent you give by joining — to send you emails about Maritsa. Entries are held for six months after the closing date and then deleted. A winner's details are kept for six years as the record of the award.

10. General

• This draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform.
• We may cancel or amend this draw, or these terms, where circumstances make that unavoidable. If we do, we will publish the change on this page and it will not disadvantage anyone who has already entered.
• Entering means you accept these terms.
• These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
